As part of the Sensors & Integrated Systems (SIS) team, you'll help support the development of the next generation of more intelligent, more integrated and more reliable solutions that enhance aircraft safety and performance in the most rigorous flight conditions. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of contractual commitments performing to the Customers highest expectations and the company's program baseline budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

In the role, the Program Manager will proficiently manage the following responsibilities.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with Customers to support business growth and ensure service levels and Customer satisfaction.

  • Regularly communicate with leadership on program performance and risks.

  • Lead the Integrated Product Team to drive performance and, when necessary, develop and implement return-to-green plans and responses to program changes.

  • Utilize Program Management fundamentals and tools, Policy Deployment Performance Reviews, and driving metrics to plan and manage program actions and performance.

  • Identify, coordinate, assist, and monitor Continuous Improvement initiatives within Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

  • Ensure appropriate relationships with all customers and suppliers (external/internal) to facilitate the seamless flow of services and information.

  • Participates in and leads the negotiations of contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial and legal conditions.

  • Contribute to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Minimum 3 years related experience with a Master's degree

  • Minimum 5 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering or Pre-Law preferred

  • PMP Certification

  • Contracts Management

  • Aerospace

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts required

  • Master of Science/Master of Arts desired
