As the Business Development Manager for SAIS, you will be responsible for identifying new leads for expansion for our Guidance, Navigation, Control and Actuation Systems (GNCAS), specifically targeting military market. This includes working with corporations that include Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc. You will also be required to perform market research in the inertial and control actuation industry to identify product developments and emerging trends in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) platforms and formulate new strategies. Additionally, you will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain current knowledge of product, market, and business trends in Inertial and Control Actuation products

  • Work with Senior Management to identify, analyze, and develop strategic approaches and product plans that align with customer and market needs and drive sales and profit growth objectives with current and new customers

  • Develop and execute win strategies for new programs

  • Represent UTAS/Sensors & Integrated Systems as a primary point of contact for GNCAS product line

  • Maintain positive long-term business relationships

  • Travel up to 50% of time (domestic and international). You may live anywhere within the USA.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development

  • Experience in Military and/or Aerospace

Education:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accreditable institution.
