As an Admin, Invoicing and Warranty, you are responsible for performance of all tasks involved with administrative requirements - engine repair sales orders, cost estimation, quotes, warranty claims, work package close out and invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales order generation, Invoicing and Warranty claims.

  • Prioritize and manage to insure on time delivery of sales orders to Technicians and invoices generated on time with accuracy.

  • Cost estimations, quote generation.

  • Responsible for projects with significant scope and complexity.

  • Contributes to the department or business unit by applying knowledge of one or more functional areas.

  • Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines.

  • Provide back up duties to the materials spare parts provisioning as required.

  • May be called in on weekend s to provide administrative support as required to support AOG events.

  • Additional duties as required to support the service center may be required.

Qualification:

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree.

  • 4+ years of administrative experience that includes invoicing, accounting, warranty management and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • SAP/MRO computer system experience.

  • Continuous improvement background.

  • Aviation experience a plus.

Education:

Associates Degree 4+ years related experience
