The Australia Multi-Use Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for all SCM in support of the F135 Global Spares Pool (GSP) Multi Use Warehouse in the Asia Pacific Region.

This includes Depot-level spare materials support for F135 depot operations, provide global inventory warehousing and distribution services for the F-35 unit-level operating locations, and ensure logistics planning and execution tied to the maturation of the F135 repair cycle process. The Inventory Manager drives integration and communications to ensure that depot and unit level parts’ shortages are resolved in an efficient manner.

Additionally they serve as primary liaison with P&W East Hartford global spares support team to flag and work to reconcile standard/gross deltas in depot and overall theatre (regional) spares supportability.

The Inventory Manager will coordinate with the F135 Global Spares Package (GSP) Multi-Use Warehouse for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares, including DSPs and ASPs, for unit-level peace time and contingency support operations, and tailored spares kit builds to support Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) compression planning for depot-level maintenance.

The plan for this job is to start out as an individual contributor and transition to managing people.

This position will initially be located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for training and Visa approval, then transition to Australia.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7 + years of experience in an operational supply chain and/or logistics management capacity along with leadership experience

  • 4 + years working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • U.S. Citizen required due to federal contracts

  • Secret security clearance and ability to maintain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of PW/UTC internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is helpful, as is proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions

  • Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables

  • Good analytical ability: individual will be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info system. A working knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts

  • A good working knowledge of international shipping/export compliance

  • The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Engineering or related field
