We have an immediate need for a Senior Energy Engineer.

Here are the responsibilities for this position:

  • Develop and implement measurement and verification (M&V) plans for energy savings performance contracting projects at universities, hospitals and municipal, state and federal government facilities.

  • Design and use statistical analyses of large sets of utility and building performance data to develop energy baselines and evaluate building energy performance.

  • Work with project developers and senior project engineers to develop whole facility (Option C) analyses for large-scale ESPC projects.

  • Evaluate project performance risk, review final M&V plans and develop construction and service phase M&V budgets.

  • Supervise baseline and post-installation data collection and analysis, including trend data from building automation systems, field performance tests, short-term equipment monitoring, and power measurements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in engineering, ESCO, M&V, or related field or discipline

  • Experience with statistical analyses a plus

  • Coding and software development experience a plus

Qualification:

Education:

  • Minimum BSME or equivalent degree in related area of study

  • PE, CEM, CMVP, MBA, MSME are all pluses
