RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and self-starting Operations Manager to lead and manage the HVAC Commercial Service field organization based out of Willowbrook IL. The candidate will coordinate the team's resources to efficiently execute repair, service, preventative maintenance, overhaul and installation projects that delight our customers while meeting revenue and margin growth targets.

The role will also be responsible for the financial performance of the service business, revenue and margin forecasting, and service contract management within the team's portfolio.

Qualification:

  • 6-10 years of commercial service management work experience

  • Working knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems

  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions

  • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams

  • Strong desire to delight customers

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence

  • Experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time

  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering preferred
