The selected candidate will work within the Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Group, developing documentation and procedures in support of production process and requirements. Continually improve quality and productivity for products with processes within supported cell/area thru projects. Specify, justify, and install capital projects in support of production requirements. Provide technical support for safety and ergonomics within cell/area. Address technical problems varying in scope from moderate to difficult with minimal to no supervision.

Qualification:

  • Mechanical or Aerospace disciplines are preferred.

  • Strong manufacturing background

  • Factory welding experience desired

  • Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of assembly issues

  • New product and program introductions experience, router creation and work instructions desired

  • SAP, LabVIEW and SolidWorks experience is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field and a minimum of 3 years experience required.
