Primary Responsibilities:

  • System and component requirements review and compliance assessments

  • Providing support of design activities, including generation of drawings, specifications and summary reports

  • Support of investigations using Relentless Root Cause & Corrective Action (RRCA)

  • Coordination of Engineering Change activities (UTAS and suppliers)

  • Interfacing with suppliers and members of the technical design team to support aspects of the design and integration of complex assemblies

  • Join regular meetings with the cross functional IPD team, take action items, and publish meeting minutes

  • Providing communication, as necessary, to Engineering and business unit leadership

  • Supporting process certification and production incorporation

  • Creating detailed MS project schedule and update on regular basis and supporting the creation of risk and mitigation plans executing tasks aligned with the engineering standard work tool

This position is available for Fall 2018 thru Spring 2019

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering

  • Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

Education:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
