Responsibilities:

  • Support program quality interface with customers and internal management, for reviews and presentations

  • Use customer and internal metrics to create, lead, and/or implement improvements that drive customer satisfaction

  • Communicate improvement plans and progress to the organization and customers

  • Support sites and teams to effective improvements using various ACE/Lean/Six Sigma Tools; 8D, PDCA, DIVE, PFMEA, VSM, and Kaizen

  • Support the execution of quality initiatives such as Zero Defect Plan®, UPPAP, Process Certification

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, technical, or business discipline

  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or above

  • Must have completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality, engineering, and/or operations (within aerospace a plus)

  • Strong computer skills (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and have a thorough understanding of quality and improvement tools

  • Ability to demonstrate prior performance in achieving sustainable business results

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills at all levels of the customer and organization

Education: Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, technical, or business discipline.
